Masters 100T License
Holders of a Master's License are permitted to operate inspected and uninspected vessels up to 100 gross registered tons.
OUPV aka "Six-Pack" License
Holders of an OUPV License are permitted to carry up to six paying passengers on uninspected vessels up to 100 gross tons.
Upgrade and Endorsements
Upgrade an existing OUPV License to a Masters 100 GRT. You may add a Sailing or towing endorsement to a Masters License.
